Enjoy an afternoon in Richard's garden and orchard; play traditional (and maybe non-traditional) outdoor games. Sit and relax and soak up the sunshine.

What to Wear

We suggest choosing outfits based on a 'Garden Party' theme, such as a summer dress or equivalent. Please dress as you feel comfortable and in whatever gender (or otherwise) you prefer.

However, we do request that you remember that this is a social event in a family home and request that you avoid overly revealing or fetish clothing.

Hopefully the weather will be sunny, so don't forget sunglasses, sun hats and sun screen!

Food

We'll be firing up the BBQ, getting the pizza oven hot and offering a buffet-style selection of cold food.

Entertainment

Tamasin will be doing some tunes, including some disco music, later in the afternoon/evening.

Timings

The event starts at two o'clock, with food being served from four o'clock. The official end time is eight o'clock, but we won't kick you out if you want to hang around (although we will turn the music down out of respect for the neighbours).

Parking

Parking at the house is limited (and will be reserved for those with limited mobility [please request this in advance]). Two parking areas are available at the top and bottom of the road. Nicola will be assisting with parking; please follow her directions on your arrival.

Cost

This event is free of charge. However, donations are invited for charity (we are confirming the chosen charity).

Food and non-alcoholic drinks are included. Please bring your choice of alcoholic drinks.

Our Chosen Charity

Our chosen charity is Not A Phae, a trans-led, nationwide charity committed to uplifting and improving the lives of trans+ adults, through awareness campaigning, social projects and funding trans+ lead initiatives.

Changing

Please let us know if you require a place to change before or after the event. You'll be able to use a guest bedroom to change. If you wish to change, you may arrive from one o'clock to get ready.

Make Up

If you require assistance, we have two make-up artists (Brandy and Mikayla) available; a 30-40 minute makeover costs £40.

Come and enjoy dressing up and sharing a photoshoot with up to three other people. You'll get individual and group photos from the day. The theme is summer sunshine! There will be three different sets of photos:

• Beach or festival dress
• Swimwear (one piece or bikini),
• Formal garden party
